Care: Top-rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze or microwave. Hand washing is recommended for the straw. Rinse thoroughly after each use.

We ship to physical street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Orders without customization are processed within 2 business days after payment. If you choose customization, processing takes up to 3 business days after payment.

If your order includes customized and non-customized items, we wait until the customized items are ready and ship the order together. If there is an issue with your customization materials, we will contact you by email; time spent waiting for your reply extends processing.

Estimated transit time is 6–12 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping origin. Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact Contact@traveldepot.com.

We will email your tracking number and tracking link when your order is dispatched. TravelDepot currently covers applicable import duties and customs-clearance charges, so you will not be asked to pay these charges on delivery.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, email Contact@traveldepot.com for help.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to change it, email Contact@traveldepot.com as soon as possible. Whether we can make the change depends on your order's processing stage.

For eligible non-customized items, request a return or exchange within 45 calendar days after delivery. For non-quality requests, items must be unused and undamaged, with original tags and accessories. Customized items are excluded for non-quality reasons. For verified quality issues, transit damage or incorrect items, TravelDepot covers necessary shipping and applicable cross-border charges.

Our prepaid return label costs US$9.99 per order, deducted from your refund. If you purchase your own label, no US$9.99 fee is deducted. No handling or restocking fees apply. Original outbound shipping actually paid is not refundable for non-quality returns.

Send approved returns to the provided U.S. address within 5 business days. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt; approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days after inspection approval. Provider posting time is additional. Direct exchanges are limited to an in-stock different color of the same product at the same price, confirmed by email before return; replacements ship within 2–3 business days after inspection approval. Where return shipping has already been paid for an exchange, no additional replacement outbound fee applies.

This item has a 2-year limited warranty from the date you receive it. Material or manufacturing defects that affect function during normal use qualify for free repair or replacement of necessary parts, subject to review.

For approved free service, we cover necessary repair and parts shipping and applicable cross-border charges. We prioritize repair or parts replacement; eligible items that cannot reasonably be repaired follow the replacement or refund options in our warranty terms.

Are there any return fees or exclusions?

For eligible non-customized items, request a return within 45 days of delivery. For a non-quality return using our prepaid return label, US$9.99 per order is deducted from your refund. You may instead purchase your own return label and follow our approved return instructions; in that case, no US$9.99 prepaid-label fee is deducted. No handling or restocking fees apply. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. For quality issues with customized items, contact customer care for assessment. Final-sale items, gift cards and corporate gifting orders are excluded from returns and exchanges. Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. Orders cannot be changed after submission. Check your selected color, delivery address and any agreed personalization details before placing the order.
