Eligible returns must be requested within 45 days after delivery.

New condition
New, unused, and undamaged, with tags and original packaging retained.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges
Free, subject to replacement availability and final review.
Refunds & fees
Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method. An eligible refund may have a $10 return-label and handling fee.
Not eligible
Customized items, final-sale items, gift cards, and corporate gifting orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
